From measurement to the label on the part — one route
Your measurement is already digital, and so are your machines. In between: redrawing in CAD, pricing in a spreadsheet, nesting in a separate program and a printout for the shop. Every such transfer is a place where the wrong slab gets cut.
In Lazorex Studio every step takes the data of the previous one. The estimate is built from the product geometry. The customer gets a quote with 3D on your stone. Parts are nested on the real slabs in your stock, and DXF, the specification and labels go to the shop.

Measurement
The measurement arrives as a .lazx or DXF file — from Leica, another measuring system or CAD.

Product drawing
The technologist builds the product in 2D: fillets, cutouts, mitres. The 3D assembly is built alongside.

Estimate
The estimate is built from the drawing geometry with your price list. Change the drawing — update the quote in one click.
- 04
Approval
The customer opens the quote by link, views the product in 3D and accepts or rejects it online.

Order and reservation
An accepted quote becomes an order, and stock slabs are reserved for it in one click.
- 06
Nesting
Parts are placed on real slabs — by hand, by auto-nesting or with automatic pick from stock.
- 07
Shop
The production specification with time norms, planned dates and the schedule go to the shop.
