Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data the Lazorex Studio website (studio.lazorex.com) collects, what we use it for, how long we keep it, who we share it with and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is RICO Technology S.R.L., Chișinău, Republic of Moldova ("we").

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your request:

  • the data you enter in the demo request form or the Marmomac form: name, company, email, phone, country, role, interests, preferred language, message;
  • the messages you write in the site chat and the contact details you leave there;
  • how you reached us: the page the form was sent from, the referring address and campaign tags (utm), if the address contains them;
  • technical request data — IP address and browser user-agent — in server logs;
  • the cookie that stores your site language (see section 8).

3. Why we use the data

  • to answer your request;
  • to give you a demonstration of Lazorex Studio;
  • to prepare an offer for you;
  • to contact you through the channel you have chosen.

4. Legal basis

We process form data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the box before sending. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

We process technical data in server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and reliable.

5. How long we keep the data

We keep requests and the related correspondence for 24 months after the last contact, then delete or anonymise them.

Server logs are kept for the period needed for the security and diagnostics of the site.

6. Who we share the data with

  • our hosting provider Hetzner — the servers are located in the European Union;
  • a notification about a new request is sent to the operator's staff via the Telegram messenger;
  • nobody else. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

7. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you can withdraw your consent. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

For visitors from the European Union the General Data Protection Regulation applies (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679). For the Republic of Moldova — Law No. 133/2011 on personal data protection; the supervisory authority is the National Center for Personal Data Protection.
